Slovakia Summer School Tour

Arrival at Vienna/ Bratislava airport. Meeting with the driver and transfer to Bratislava . Check in at your hostel and start of two hours comprehensive walking tour of Bratislava. You will learn everything about the past, present and future of Slovakia & Bratislava. Evening dinner at classical Bratislava’s cafe within walking distance of hostel. Overnight in Bratislava .

Breakfast at the restaurant within walking distance of the hostel. Free time for exploring one of the youngest capitals of European union. Afternoon transfer to train station. Train to Zilina . The journey takes about 2h30. At train station meeting with the driver and transfer to accommodation at Small Fatra National Park area. Dinner and overnight at Small Fatra.

Starting point Varin – hike following yellow sign to Pod Jedlovinou and then switch to green sign, continue following green sign to Sedlo Brestov and afterwards Javorina. In Javorina switch to red sign and continue to Chata Pod Suchym. In Chata Pod Suchym take a break and we reccomend you to taste someSlovakian dishes. You can extend the tour for 1 hour more walking to Suchy Peak and return back again to Chata Pod Suchym. From Chata Pod Suchym follow green sign and continue to Brestov– Pod Jedlovinou and from Pod Jedlovinou switch to yellow sign and you will arrive in Kur Valley. From Kur Valley follow blue sign back to Varin. Dinner at camping and overnight.

Breakfast at the Varin camping. Meeting with English speaking trekking guide and take a bus to Vratna valley. Starting point Terchova- Stefanova, follow yellow sign and arrive in Podziar and from there take the blue sign to Dolne Diery and from Dolne Diery switch to yellow sign to Nove Diery and from Nove Diery, follow yellow sign to Podzdiar. From Podziar follow blue sign and you get to Horne Diery– Tesna Rizna– Sedlo Medzirozsutce and from Sedlo Medzirozsutce follow blue sign to Medziholie. From Medziholie follow green sign to Slahorka and you get back to Terchova- Stefanova. For more advanced tourist option at Sedlo Medzirozsutce follow red sign to Rozsutec Peak, the nicest peak of Slovakia, continue red sign to Medziholie. From Medziholie follow green sign to Slahorka and you get back to Terchova- Stefanova. Take a bus back to Varin and dinner and overnight at Camp Varin.

Breakfast at camp Varin and meeting with English speaking trekking guide. Take a bus to Vratna valley.

Breakfast at the Camping Varin. Meeting with the bus and English speaking guide and a day trip to the traditional Slovakian region Orava. Possible to visit for surcharge Orava Railway forrest. Continue to Orava Castle where the first movie about the Dracula in 1922 was filmed. Visit of wooden church in Lestiny (UNESCO) . Afternoon return to Varin. Dinner and overnight in Camping Varin.

Breakfast at Camping Varin. Check out and transfer to Vrutky. Here we will do rafting experience on the longest Slovakian river Vah to Strecno Castle. After the rafting, transfer to Zilina train station. Train to Bratislava. Meeting with the driver at Bratislava main train station and transfer to hostel in Bratislava. Dinner at restaurant within walking distance from hostel. Overnight in Bratislava

Breakfast at the restaurant located within walking distance from the hostel. Transfer to Vienna/ Bratislava airport. Flight back home.
