Our story
Three decades building the ground network you sell
1993 — founded in Žilina
Slovak travel pioneer Igor Staník opens the first office in Žilina, in northern Slovakia, as Fatran Travel Agency — handling incoming groups when few in the region did.
2004 — Bratislava HQ & a new name
A second office opens in Bratislava and the company is renamed e-travel, widening the operation from Slovakia to the Danube triangle of Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest.
Today — three countries, one family firm
Family-run across every division — incoming tour operator, DMC, Spa & Treatment and Bratislava City Tours. Bratislava HQ runs the west plus Vienna and Budapest; the Varín/Žilina desk runs the north and the spa resorts. 150+ contracted hotels, one accountable team.
