What is included in a ready-made programme?
A ready-made programme is a ground package quoted at net rates; exact inclusions are itemised per programme, but the building blocks are the same across the catalogue:
- Accommodation with buffet breakfast at 3*, 4* or 5* hotels — you choose the category on enquiry (some programmes are fixed at one category; self-guided trekking uses 3* family-run hotels)
- Transfers according to the itinerary, including airport transfers (Vienna or Bratislava airport on the Slovak programmes)
- City tours with licensed local guides — e.g. the 3-hour Bratislava and Budapest Grand City Tours — in English; other languages on request or at a small surcharge
- Train tickets, 2nd class with seat reservation, on rail-based programmes
- Entrance fees named in the itinerary (e.g. Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna); further entrances are optional extras at a per-person surcharge
- City tax, itemised where included
- Self-guided programmes: luggage transport, bike hire, maps and route notes; spa programmes: full board and the treatment package
