For e-travel’s payment and cancellation terms, write to info@e-travel.sk — contractual and net-rate terms are agreed with each trade partner directly, and a B2B account can be opened the same way.

What holds for every booking: a full programme or a single service across Slovakia, Austria and Hungary is contracted under one agreement and settled on one invoice, at net rates you resell at your own margin (see Do you quote net rates we can resell under our own brand?).
