e-travel’s ground handling covers everything a programme needs on the ground in Slovakia, Austria and Hungary — accommodation, transport, licensed guides, tickets and assistance — contracted under one agreement, with one local contact reachable throughout the trip. The deliverables:

• Accommodation — 150+ personally inspected hotels, chateaus, apartments and holiday houses, contracted directly at net rates with daily allotments (Accommodation)
• Guides and tours — our own licensed local guides, plus guides and interpreters by language; regular and private city tours of Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest; cross-border day trips Vienna⇄Bratislava and Budapest⇄Bratislava; special-interest and thematic tours
• Transfers — coach, midibus and minibus transport sized to the group; limousine and VIP transfers; airport meet & greet with name-board welcome and onward transfer
